Liability

Assumption of Risk:

• Students acknowledge the inherent risks involved in dance activities and voluntarily assume such risks.
• The studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during classes, rehearsals, or performances.
  
  Indemnification:
• Students and parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless the studio, its instructors, and staff from any claims arising out of participation in dance activities.
